Rian Meadows

Rian Meadows brings over 25 years of experience in education, education leadership, policy implementation, and organizational strategy to her work at the intersection of education and government affairs. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Learning Solutions, Customer Success, and Sales for K12, where she directed statewide initiatives supporting student achievement, district partnerships, and technology-driven learning solutions.

In this role, she led a 196-member team overseeing sales, operations, compliance, and instruction across Florida and beyond—guiding the organization through a financial turnaround, expanding annual revenue to $22.9 million, and strengthening partnerships with districts to improve instructional quality and access. Her leadership elevated the provider grade by one full letter grade with the district VIP programs.

Previously, she held leadership roles with RANDALL and Florida Virtual School Global, where she managed district relationships across multiple states, expanded CTE programming, and launched dozens of digital learning initiatives in collaboration with local school boards.

A former Adjunct Faculty member at Florida State University, Ambassador Teacher for the Florida Department of Education, and classroom teacher, Rian has long championed policies that strengthen Florida’s public education system. Rian earned her Bachelor's of social science education and her Master's of Educational Leadership from Florida State University.  She resides in Tallahassee with her husband and teenage triplets, and remains deeply engaged in education advocacy and policy development statewide.
